Founder, Alexander Sherack, is a passionate Korean Australian chef who loves to bring people those flavors he grew up eating. Think Fresh, Asian-inspired dishes and flavors! He credits his mother to fostering an obsession with healthy eating and more specifically, rice paper rolls!

Since 2017, Alexander and the PaperMill team have been serving the Philadelphia & surrounding communities. Some highlights include “Feeding the frontline” during the 2020 pandemic, working with Broad St Ministry in their “Step up to the plate” program in 2021, and of course - catering all your weddings, work lunches, and special days!

It truly is an honor to serve you, and I look forward to feeding you and your guests!
